More often than not, Southern Darians tend to use "Qu" and "S", instead of the more common "K" and "Sz", when writing down words. This is purely a spelling difference; they are pronounced identically.

Nevertheless, when writing proper names of southern places or people, it's seen as more appropriate and polite to use southern spelling.
