Eyrie
Location
The southernmost outpost of the Enthar Empire, Eyrie is built into the side of the Enthar Mountain Range, splitting the continent in half and making the land below inaccessible from the northern side. Eyrie was intended to be a base of operations for the Enthar Empire's incursion into the south side of the continent. It had always been the intent for the Empire to take Tinobi, and then expand to the seemingly 'easier' South Enthar. When the Treatise was written, the peace treaty between the disparate clans and tribes of Tinobi, the Empire's expansion was halted, unrest began to stir in their home, they needed to cease their efforts for expansion in order to secure their foothold in the north. Perched approximately a third of the way up the Enthar Range, a few kilometres down what looks like the beginnings of a mountain pass, but actually terminates in a sheer wall hundreds of feet high, and hosts a huge population of mosrod'tin. Importantly, Eyrie is well-concealed, while also having an incredible view of the surrounding landscape looking north, east, and west, limited only by the abilities of aeshir eyes.Architecture and Construction
Formed of three primary public buildings, and an array of smaller, personal buildings built half-in and half-out of the stone, Eyrie's pathways and roads are that of rope bridges. Only mounts raised in Eyrie are suited to traversing the outpost. Bred both for their narrow build and steady temperament. Most foreign mounts are instructed to be left at the base of the range, rather than subjecting them to the constantly-moving pathways of Eyrie, as they need to be flexible to account for the high winds and temperamental weather so high up in the range.Population
Eyrie hosts a permanent population of approximately one thousand, with another thousand of stationed military personelle that are sent to Eyrie on a temporary basis. First and foremost, Eyrie is a military outpost, and is treated as such by the Empire, although while their efforts for expansion have calmed, Eyrie's residents are trying to make the inhospitable place a home.

Sounds like a really cool place. Eventually you're going to need to add maps to all these things so I can a lazy reference to how all these things fit together.
I should! Good idea
