Silvoya

The continent-spanning empire founded by Voldalai the silver dragon, slayer of the tyrant kings. Now it is ruled by his descendant Azga the stormmaker, perhaps the most powerful mage in recent history. He shares partial rulership with his half-sister Sithrie the black, feared for her near equal power in necromancy.

Silvoya is one of few realms where all races are accepted, but this does not mean they are equal. Legally all races are granted the same rights, but the rights of nobles and highborn far surpass those granted to peasants, and many races are relegated entirely to lower classes due to their disparity. Different nations within the empire have their own spreads of races and classes they represent, many of these are monstrous, descendants of the tyrant kings' subjects.

The descendants of Voldalai are worshiped in Silvoya, practically as demigods, making up their own pantheon. Most worship in the land is directed towards them, with a handful of greater gods being legal as well. Outside of that, worship is prohibited so as to prevent the spawning of demonic beings, as many of the tyrants were associated with worship. In addition to religion, travel between countries and the use of magic are highly restricted within the empire, with both only being allowed to the upper class in most circumstances. But with the power of the empire's mages, and the miracles performed by its dragon-blooded rulers, the empire still enjoys incredible magical advancement.
