Ruled by a powerful and insane in the age of the tyrants. This land still bears powerful magic curses and pollution, and other heirlooms of the mad mage. The strangest of these are a magically created race of people, the hobgoblins. Though now they exist across much of the world, many hobgoblins choose to return here.
