Silver Chance

The most prominent Theárch cabal in the Silver City Consilium, made up of a significant number of the city's Silver Ladder members. The cabal includes the Hierarch herself (Nike) and her Provost (Thorn), as well as the local Deacon (Melchi Zedek) and prominent Legacy members.
As the main Silver Ladder cabal of the Consilium, their objectives seem to align closely with the overall goals of the local Silver Ladder caucus.
