This article clarifies Caucus and Consilium sizes.

Consilium

The entirety of Las Vegas (including Paradise and most of the surrounding Mojave) makes up the Silver City Consilium.

Adamantine Arrow

The entirety of Nevada as defined by the state map is a single Adamantine Arrow Caucus, led by the Adamant Sage Trigger who is usually in Carson City but often visits Las Vegas.

Guardians of the Veil

The Guardian Caucus roughly corresponds to Nevada, with some parts of California and Arizona included.

Mysterium

The Mysterium Caucus is defined by the Mojave desert. The Hierophant and the most important Athenea sit in Lancaster/Palmdale (California). Naturally, Las Vegas also has a couple Athenea. The largest collection of mystic items is being kept by the Curator Uriel.

Silver Ladder

The Silver Ladder Caucus stretches along the southern border of the state to the western, including Carson City. The Deacon sits in Las Vegas and often orchestrates operations together with Hierarch Nike.

Free Council

The Assembly of Las Vegas corresponds pretty closely to the borders of the local Consilium. However, the numbers of Libertines that are part of this Assembly fluctuates wildly, as the Las Vegas Assembly has much more lax rules about who is considered a Libertine in good standing with voting rights when it comes to Free Councillors from other Assemblies staying in LV.
