A Moros and the Consilium's Interfector. He is the Legacy mentor of Karma. He seems to be interested in The Penultima.

General Physical Condition

Rhadamanthys is surprisingly pale for a resident of Las Vegas, apparently keeping well in the shade. His hair is dark black and usually kept sleek. His face is more on the gaunt side which underlines his vaguely unhealthy appearance. At Consilium he is usually seen wearing a three-piece suit which highlights the white/black contrast of his appearance.
