Nicholson Mansion

Purpose / Function

The purpose of the Nicholson Mansion serves as a luxury home for the Nicholson family.

Alterations

When the mansion was first constructed, it had no garden, courtyard, or otherwise extended outdoor space. In 2013, the renovation was completed and it now has an expansive outdoor area for Samantha and Sarah Nicholson, along with parents and other family members, to lounge, swim, play, and otherwise use.

Architecture

The Nicholson Mansion consists of orange/yellow/beige colored brick with white roofs and windows, large towering ceilings, and an overall fancy aura.

History

When Samantha Nicholson was 2 years old in 2008, the family was already rather wealthy and was receiving fan mail from the viral video of Samantha. One day in Janurary of 2008, they got an opportunity to meet with the Manch leaders and be provided a large sum of money to help with the future of Samantha. The mansion began construction in July 2008 and completed construction in February 2009.
