An all-inclusive Elysium
The Oasis makes little effort to conceal its sultry intentions. Despite being an adult club, it lives peacefully on the edge of a busy street, awaiting its unending wealth of patrons to crawl out of the dark after sunset. It has spent nearly twenty years in this location, becoming a cultural milestone for the era. It features an extensive bar serving numerous types of liquor and beer, a live venue for local talent, and an enclosed patio surrounded entirely by glass windows- similar to a greenhouse. Although not an explicit feature of the bar, the Oasis is seen as a very popular hook-up spot for both humans and otherwise, making it an ideal hunting ground for those permitted by its owner.
It is a well-known fact that the owner of the bar is a camarilla Baroness, but the Oasis itself is regarded to as a neutral ground between both sects. No matter your political alignment, all are welcome to enter the bar and make use of its services given they've received explicit permission to do so. It is an unspoken rule between patrons, however, that any quarrel between these two sects stays outside of the bar's grounds, and no infighting is to occur. Any disruption of the Elysium may result in your banishment from the Baroness' whole territory... or worse, depending on the extent of the crime. It's best not to push the limits of her kindness to find out when is too far.
Demographics
The bar is populated almost entirely by kine, or humans. On any given night, the only kindred present in the bar is Marcel herself (not including you lot when you visit.) Although rarely, the strange do make their appearance among the bar patrons from time to time, but it would take a keen eye to filter them out.Assets
This place is an excellent hunting ground for Consensualist, Siren, and Scene Queen (Punk, Scene, Grunge) predator types. The alleyways on either side of the bar could facilitate an Alley Cat predator, but this behavior is discouraged in those who aren't well versed in assault feeding. Apart from feeding, the Oasis is a good spot for acquiring leads and information if you know who to ask (Streetwise.)Territory
The Oasis sits right in the middle of Tempe, surrounded by city on all sides. It's placed right at the end of a very busy street that serves almost as a shopping district. Marcel's jurisdiction covers a majority of what is seen on the map of Tempe, only stopping short of Tempe Town Lake as not to feud with the ancillae that control Scottsdale.
