Concordance Timoth Candler (a.k.a. The Twenty-Seventh)

Concordance XXVII ("Concordance the Twenty-Seventh") is the current Archimandrite of Mathe Pamona.  He is a human scholar from Orze Hwell who has been a lifelong devotee to Mathe Pamona.  Born "Timoth Candler," he is a mysterious man who operates in privacy in relation to the government.  He is a skilled wizard and uses magic to travel and avoid orcish confrontation.
