The city government is made up off the Merchants and allied Traders' Guild acting as the government body and Lord Petticoat as the head of government. Lord Petticoat has the final say on all decisions in the city; however the guild can vote to overrule him.
Defences

Rivers surround the city in the south acting as a moat. In the north walls have been built around the city unit they touch the river. It is guarded by the Order of the Acumen God and Lord Petticoat's men. Two towers stand on either side of the v intersection of the river that Lord Petticoat's men occupy.
