Cost: -2 per level

Effect: This Flaw can only be applied to Powers in a Focus. The Power requires energy from a Capacitor Charge source to function. This is typically a Fighter Ship, a Vehicle, or another external power system that stores Capacitor Charges.

Rules for Capacitor Charge Cost

Each activation of the Power consumes 1 Capacitor Charge from the connected source.

This Flaw can be taken multiple times, increasing the Capacitor Charge requirement by 1 per level.
