Mountainborn

The Mountainborn, or Rozh Gora in Goran, are a short-statured race of subterranean humanoids that mainly dwell amongst the mountains of northern and eastern Oren. They are renowned for their craftsmanship, especially with ceramics, textiles, jewelry, and engineering.

Appearance

Anatomy

At a glance, Mountainborn appear as particularly stout humans with skin tones ranging from mid gray to pale beige. Compared to humans, they tend to have coarser, thicker hair in blacks and browns. Both male and female Mountainborn regularly grow body and facial hair, although some females nearer to human civilization regularly shave to fit in with human societal norms.
