Session 2: Investigation

General Summary

Aggie did her per-session roll to examine Meeko's necklace. 2 more successes added for 3 total. 6=result.   The party successfully delivered the "package" they smuggled to The End.   The party successfully picked up the refugees that needed a lift back to STIX, even finding the woman a job until she could get back on her feet.   The party toured the Vashalla mining outputs they were hired to protect. It's a tiered excavation in the side of a hill, just getting set up, with construction droids roving around assembling mining equipment all over the place. The actual living/office space is all built into the side of the hill, mostly underground. There's room enough for 100 human sized people to live/work comfortably, but there are only 20 there currently. There are no ground-to-air defenses, and only a few security droids.   The party discovered that both Iratus Securities (the bad guys) and Fiedelbum Salvaging (the company that salvaged the Dicker max) have offices on STIX.   Drakenstrike hacked into the IS office, getting into their e-mails and finding emails and invoices which reference the purchase of "pods" to be added to the Dicker Max as part of the refurbishing services Iratus is paying Fiedelbum to perform.   Aggie used one of her 3 Nano Charges to build a flying spy-drone. It is capable of flight, autonomous operation (1 die skill level), and recording audio-visual information (including low light). They managed to fly it into the hallway near the FS office.   Meeko was going to try to break into the FS office to snoop, but when Drakenstrike tried to disable the alarm for her he accidently set it off.   In other news, the crew managed to recover Lee's Emmerson Starfire from where it was crashed on The End, but damaged the Andromeda in the process. (1 out of 10 damage).
