Weapon damage works on 2 spectrums of damage SD (standard damage) and MD (mega damage)
SD (standard damage) - Standard damage would be the damage associated with regular run of the mill bullets, knives, punches, arrows, and the like that exists in the present and past earth. 1SD = .01MD
MD (mega damage) - Mega damage would be the damage associated with, (on modern earth) damage inflicted by Hellfire missiles, nukes, rail guns, artillary (depending on the shells), main tank cannon (depending on the shells) 1MD = 100 SD
For an accurate visual, watch the video, the initial damage from the both the jets missiles and gun cause little to no damage (SD), but once they switch to a large shelled specialized ammo (MD), damage is inflicted.
