The Ten

The Ten were a group of aristocratic families from all over the Core Worlds. When the Galactic Republic was formed, The Ten colonized the planet Kuat, with the intent of creating the largest shipbuilding concern in the galaxy. They hired the best terraformers of the day to terraform Kuat into a paradise, creating a pleasant world with few predators. The Ten also succeeded in creating Kuat Drive Yards. The Ten included:
