Session Summary: Tempest Feud: Act Two: Night on Nar Sharddaa Report

General Summary

The session began with the heroes, along with Mika the Hutt and Angela Krin, arriving at a grimy, abandoned warehouse on Level 13 of Nar Shaddaa. The environment was bleak, with flickering glow rods, grime-covered walls, and piles of trash scattered throughout. In the center of the warehouse sat a Hutt cargo skiff combined with a cloud car, from which the sound of a crying child could be heard. Rescue Mission Upon hearing the cries, the heroes discovered Matha, an Evocii child, hiding behind crates. The heroes successfully rescued Matha from the threat of the Vrblthers, dangerous reptilian creatures that had appeared in the warehouse. Despite the peril, the heroes managed to fend off the creatures and ensure Matha's safety.
Escorting Matha Home After the battle, the heroes insisted on escorting Matha back to her clan. Upon reaching the Evocii settlement, they were welcomed by Sorgoth, the clan leader. As a gesture of gratitude, Sorgoth healed the heroes' wounds and offered them a glimpse into their future.
Prophecy of Sorgoth Sorgoth performed an ancient Evocii ritual, drawing runes in the ashes and chanting in his native tongue. As he meditated, he shared a vision with the heroes:
"I see a storm of purple dust that will sweep up those who have conceived it. I see a mad Hutt, one who has lost his mind. I see danger and betrayal. To survive, you will need to trust in your friends. That is all I see."
The prophecy hinted at the challenges and betrayals that lay ahead for the heroes.
Capture and Betrayal The session continued as the heroes found themselves in a perilous situation at the end of Scene 7. Kael (PC), Angela Krin, and Mika the Hutt were captured in a surprising twist of fate. Aidan (PC) was faced with the difficult decision of leaving his friends behind. Reluctantly, he departed with the Evocii who had come to his aid, bringing both him and Tychus to Odis Krilling's apartment for refuge.
Seeking Refuge and Planning Once at Odis Krilling's apartment, Aidan's sense of urgency was palpable, eager to rescue his friends. Odis, however, insisted that Aidan rest and recover from the day's events. Despite his reluctance, Aidan agreed and settled into a cot in the guest bedroom, where he began to meditate, preparing for the challenges to come.
