Star Trek: U.S.S. Virgo

This is the planning stage for my eventual Star Trek fan-comic: U.S.S. Virgo. The Virgo is a Nova-class Starship, a small science vessel exploring the Gamma Quadrant after the end of the Dominion War. She is captained by a Cardassian woman, and crewed by several members of various races. There is a crew complement of approximately 80 people, and the story centers around seven of them. The main story will likely take place over at least five "seasons", maybe seven. This will cover many things, including the post-war recovery of the Gamma Quadrant, and how the Dominion's first major loss will affect the political atmosphere of the quadrant. In the foreground of all of this, however, is a story of discovery. The discovery and acceptance of one's own differences.
