Star Heavens

Earth, year 5958 in the new timeline, globalisation has taken over the world and probes are being sent into the solar system. Humanity is hunching down over their smartphones again, all the while sentient parrots complain for attention and glaciers are melting, again. Again?   Earth, floating around the sun in space. It's population completely ignorant of the three superpowers residing in the galaxy, and being dwarfed in amount by the multitudes of billions. A veil surrounds the solar system, making the universe seem lifeless so far. The deception couldn't be greater.   The Star Gods, once humans, still claiming and striving to be human, or what that is perceived to be. While they possess the science to rid themselves of their human "weaknesses" they value this imperfection the most of all. Fueled by their elusive bionic star hearts they pursue the grandest of art in all shapes and forms.   The Hiveminds, in eternal pursuit of bliss, truth and purpose. They abandoned the cumbersomeness of humanity to see and feel beyond. They found answers, yet even more questions. They are building something big, huge, gigantic, even greater than what the Star Gods individually can create. What question would this colossal light year spanning structure answer?   The Shattered Fragments, the humans who had only their wealth when the Divide happened. Along with early outer solar system colonies they founded a basis where countless factions sprouted from. As true humans they soon collided in endless conflict and power struggles.
