The Warehouse

The warehouse was the first property that Jeff owned. Sure he had an apartment, but that was rented. He owned this. The first step to owning the city as a whole. It is a two story building with the building being mostly open and offices overlooking the warehouse floor from the edges of the floor plan. Before the crew expanded, most nights would find Jeff crashing on his old couch in the biggest office. He eventually stopped paying rent on his apartment and lived out of the warehouse until Charlie found out and told him he was no longer allowed to do so. This is where heist meetings take place and planning sessions. The warehouse is fully equipped to be lived out of with a full kitchen and other necessities it just wasn't the most homey place they had.
