Ryan Norton is all about getting the job done with as little effort expended as possible. He has been known to smoke. Most of the crew members in the CK don't partake in what they're selling, but Ryan doesn't see the harm in relaxing when he wants. He's pretty tech savvy, but he has no motivation to move up in ranks. He's happy staying where he is in his comfortable apartment working when Jeff needs him and not much else.

Personal history
Grew up in St. Dismas and was, obviously, influenced by the amount of crime he was surrounded by. From a young age he was picking pockets and locks. He got sent to juvie at age 15 for a B&E where he broke into someone's house drank all their alcohol and then got caught when he tried to leave. He was released when he turned 18.
