Cold-Hearted Killer

Hlin thinks the culprit is Sephek Kaltro, a well connected rogue. Victims were sacrifice dodgers.
Sephek is Torgga's body guard.

The party found Torg's and asked for an audience with Sephek. They lied about a contract for Sephek. Torrga told them to return tomorrow and Sephek would be there if he was interested.

Trust is thin between Torgga and the party. The party claims neutrality, but it is difficult to believe based on their actions.

During watch one night outside of Dougan's Hole, Ahzek confronted Sephek and told them of the job they had for him; to kidnap a rival wizard. Intrigued, he required proof that he could trust the party. Based on their previous actions and affiliations they seem to be the type who prefer to do good. He asked them to bring Thalin Breen, a sacrifice dodger, to justice and return with an appendage for proof.

Sephek is waiting for the party to return before he decides wether to trust their offer.
