Stretch

History

Esteban Eqel, aka Stretch acquired his powers in 2009 after losing his arms in an accident. He was scouted for a paramilitary organization in the State of Chiapas where he served as the leader of a subversive super villain team known as the PLF.
As their leader, Eqel has orchestrated multiple operation of destruction of property, sabotage and theft of government resources, and he’s personally engaged in multiple counts of assault and battery against servicemen tasked with his and his accomplices captures.
Eqel was offered a position as a teacher inside the school as a way to mend bridges between the school and the PLF to which he agreed.

Powers and Abilities

Eqel has the power to extend his arms, which are attached to his body by thin metal wires. These wires are capable of regenerating if cut (although this ability seems to cause Eqel a fair deal of damage).
More importantly Eqel seems to have an almost superhuman charm to himself as he has gained considerable allies within the super hero community and the local populace which have served to shield him and his accomplices.

Appearance

Wears a ridiculous green spandex outfit with a visor which makes him look like a cyclops, his arms are connected to his body by thin metallic wires which can be distended to increase his reach.
