The organisation is ruled by the Twelve. These are the most prominent members of different less-than-official businesses in the criminal world. They are ranked from 1 to 20 in order of importance.

Protection of their businesses. Amassing of wealth. Spreading their influence (and corruption of several official instances).

Money, stolen goods. Henchmen, slaves. Skills. Intelligence.

History

The organisation was founded a few years after most races had acces to space travel. Ironically this coallition between different races was founded before the GIC.
