Gallactic Interspecies Collective
"Attending a Gallactic Interspecies Collective meeting is like having a holiday feast with that part of the family you tend to avoid. The Gnomes always know everything better, the Elves then start disputing the Gnomes. After a short debate the Elves start infighting and our drunk uncle Dwarves then loudly start cracking jokes or complain they have a mountain to mine. But atleast the food is good at these meetings. The cooks aboard the GIC-sattelite are Hobbits after all!"

Structure
Every alligned race gets two seats in the GIC. Usually the heads of the 2 most important factions or states on their homeplanet.
Public Agenda
Maintain peace and order within their crystal sphere.
Assets
Plenty of resources from the Hobbits, Gnomes, Dwarves and newly joined Humans. Troops and weapons from the Dwarves and the Elves. Ships from the Gnomes and rations from the Hobbits.
History
The idea was formed by a Hobbit by the name of Grant Cowbell to organize a system to maintain peace between the various races in the known galaxy. The Gnomish and Dwarven businesses were very open to the idea. It took some time (and a few pushes) for the Elves to join the alliance.
