Balan: The most hated nation on the planet

Balan is a commune, and little information is known about it. Nations all over hate Balan because of the hassle it causes the rest of the planet. It is believed the people of Balan are brainwashed.
Balan doesn't offer trade to any other nation but it does take in imports from all over. Despite the money nations get from Balan, trust still hasn’t been earned.
Many relationships are tense, others are completely suspicious. The suspicion comes from who Balan allies with.

Relationships

The Kingdom of Amerash has always been suspicious of Balan and its people. If you come to Amerash with a Balan I.D., you are taken in for questioning right away. The Kingdom of Amerash has caught multiple spies from Balan.
The Tribes of Movorotia have many enemies, but Balan is among the top three. The people of Movorotia despise the people of Balan because they view them as weak. Balan has broken many import agreements with Movorotia, and eventually, trust was broken forever.

Balan Relationships

The United Hoards of Warinland will not engage with Balan because of their racist tendencies. Balan only accepts humans and elves into its walls. The Book of Purity was written by the leader of Balan and has been a thorn in the sides of people from the UHW for years.
The Kingdom of Tsarialania despises Balan but will not be the first to attack. They have caught multiple spies from Balan within their walls, and people from Balan are no longer welcome in the kingdom. In the bronze age, Tsarialania sent diplomats to Balan, and they disappeared two weeks later. The trust has been broken ever since.
Vinaria and Alenia both hold suspicions toward Balan because of the spies that have been caught inside their borders. It is believed that Balan sent multiple assassins to both locations, but this goes unconfirmed. Whatever the case, Vinaria and Alenia remain vigilant towards Balan and its people.

Khangel 

The capital city is on complete lockdown at all times. Little is known about it, and outsiders are rarely let in. If they're let it, they're sworn to silence, or they don't come back. We know Balan is lead by one man; it was assumed Balan was a cult for a while.
Balan is a community of people who share the same values. The man who is leading delegates a few jobs to a council. The names of the councils are not listed to the public.
