Homeworld of the Naza and Chotikra. Most of its landmass is arranged in a ring around the planet’s equator. Though Chotikra have charted the seas, many dismiss their efforts as “primitive.” The ring of land is incredibly rich in biodiversity. The flora and fauna live in perfect -- though often chaotic -- balance, undisturbed by interference of outside species. Pokot is under review to become an Untouchable planet, but the bill is hotly contested by leaders of interstellar oil companies. The controversy of shutting off a planet that houses sentient life is another obstacle the conservationists face.
