Named for Old Earth’s Roman Goddess of Harmony, this planet exemplifies none of that. It's a planet full of dubious and illegal activity, gambling rings, a healthy drug trade, and other frowned upon business practices. The planet is ruled with an iron fist by the ‘Five Families’, secretive mob collectives whose competitive and ruthless nature has dammed the planet in the eyes of the Galaxy.
