Undead

Undead is a broad term for a large number of diverse races and states of being, unified in their non-traditional arrangement of life, soul and body, a state referred to as Undeath. Undead are most frequently the creation of Necromantic magic and are particularly harmed by divine magic (though this is not a universal rule). Some undead occur without outside intervention, either through personal force of will, tragic circumstances or unknown environmental factors.
The infamousBonelands of Southern Ossia are likely the most famous large scale domain of the Undead though nearly every culture and locale has its own strains.
