The Withering Cay

The second largest of the four cays in The Onyx Gloom, the Withering Cay is dotted with small, but well-kept mausoleums and graves. The places of rest here are reserved for more renowned or wealthy clientele. The graves and ossuaries are maintained by acolytes of The Raven Queen.
