Allignment: Chaotic Evil
Summary: Most literature that had record of the being known as Oligarch is either destroyed or locked up in deepest dungeons only to be found by adventurers dumb enough to brave those dungeons. In most texts Oligarch was the enemy of Galu and enjoyed corrupting his followers. Galu wreaked havoc during the 2nd Era destroying entire cities even sacrficing his own followers for his own sick pleasure, until he was locked in a prison forged by Ferrum and Thadar. The Prison was placed at the bottom of the ocean and took the combined efforts of all 3 Pantheons to finally trap and imprison him. One of the only people that still has knowledge of Oligarch is Pinumo Highspell but has no interest in releasing Oligarch back into the world. While Oligarch remains as nothing but a faded memory due to the phenomenon that erased the 2nd Era, but managed to seep enough of his power out to corrupt Ruggon, one of Galu's most loyal Paladins
