Summary: Kelsey Hall was once a student of the Bull School and a well known Slayer, but she never had much intention on staying in the profession. Kelsey was only a Slayer long enough to save up enough gold to open her own Tavern in Paradise Stand which specialized in catering to Adventurers and Slayers. She ultimately named it the Bounty Board. Many people who were looking for a place to hang their problems up to be taken care of by others would just informally post a notice on the walls or pillars of the tavern. This quickly became so common that there were job postings covering entire walls, making the entire Tavern a literal Bounty Board. The name stuck, and it has been that way ever since. Kelsey is also very particular about who she hires for her staff. She prefers to hire former Adventurers and Slayers, knowing full well that they can handle how rowdy the crowds of the Bounty Board can get. Kelsey is also known to be a massive flirt and will literally flirt with anyone as she is no way picky and some patrons specifically drink at the Bounty Board just to see what pick up lines she has come up with.
