Summary: William Pelt is the son of retired Guard Captain Horace Pelt. Horace groomed his son to take over has Captain ever since he could hold a sword and despite his Father not being religious, William however found himself drawn to the Temple of Carraig and built a small shrine in his room; Horace was also known to be very harsh on his son even willing to hit him when he was already down to “teach him that a Criminal will not show mercy”. As William grew up, he steered away from his father’s more elegant fight style and focus on using his strength and bulk and make it into his own style . William developed a style that by most who have challenged him have come to refer to as "Dreadnought", through rigorous training William found he could shake the ground itself and through sheer will could heal wounds. William grew tired of his father's pushing and challenged him under the Call of Carraig, William soundly beat his Father and ordered his father to retire. William made a number of changes, the first of which was he gave promotions to two of his guards.
