Dhahabu City
The capital of Macheo. Located on the Yemoja falls and the surrounding hill, the city exists in a dead area between the territories of all five tribes. The city is the main seat of parliament within Macheo and is the main hub of both commerce and tourism.
Demographics
Due to the fact that Dhahabu exists autonomously from all tribes the majority of the population either travelers with no tribe, people seeking a new life and opportunities or merchants who come to profit off of tourists. This leads to Dhahabu famously having an incredibly mixed popuation from all tribes, from emere and orcs, to obayifo, beastmun, shades and even inchlings.
Government

Defences
Alongside the Flare Warriors, Dhahabu also contains emergency airship ports at the top of the waterfall and natural defences from the hills surrounding it. The Grand Mwanga Wa Jua Beacon in the centre of the city also doubles as emergency shelters for citizens utilizing metamancy in order to provide rooms for all citizens of the empire.

History
There are many variations as to how Dhahabu began, though the most commonly retold and accepted one is that during the Inter-Tribal conflicts, a nameless priestess had a prophecy that the golden one will bless a child to unite the cultures. Though the priestess died forgotten, the prophecy lived on, and sure enough the mythical first head chief Shaka was born with a sun birthmark on his back and mystical powers. The area he was said to be born soon attracted much attention and was transformed into a market before becoming a small capital outside of the borders of any culture lead by the head chief. The city would not experience a sudden boom in population until the War of Heaven and Inferno, when during the month of Black fog, Safiri himself descended upon the city and bestowed the holy light, and erected the beacon to guide people through the fog and to the cit, turning it into a refugee city. After the fog though many people left many chose to stay and built up the city to what it is today.
