The World of SoФoS is fragmented in two great sub worlds:

- Aletheia, the surface world of the Light, where according to legends, only the Elects can tread.

- Porphyrr, the inhabited subterrean world doomed to everlasting darkness, where humans and humanoids alike go about their life and death, mostly without ever knowing the existence of a surface world bathed in sunlight.

Porphyrr is habitable thanks to its intricate light network of giant gypsum crystals bathing the underworld with a far echo of the sun's light. It reaches every people and bring life to this place of utter darkness. All living things in Porphyrr exist only because of that cycle of light from the surface and thermal waters quenching their thirst.

Light is also given to many dark tunnels by bioluminecent plants and insects, who themselves feed this light from the gypsum crystals. Other sources of nourishment are the numerous comestible mushrooms species used for all kinds of meals and ailments.

The Ancients originally guided the ancestors of the actual inhabitants underground more than 800 years ago, as a mean of survival from an impending doom falling on the earth, called the Great Purge. Those three Ancients are still alive today, coming from a somewhat sturdy root of human beings, the last of their kind. Their extraordinary longevity and apparent wisdom led them from a fatherly guiding role to a ruthless leadership and a divine attribution over the centuries.

But something as awaken in the darkest place of Porphyrr. In the bowels of Jotnarrhim, that cursed land west of the deadly marshes, a Light as dawn in direct opposition to a rising Darkness of the Abyss. The Calling has begun, and none will close what SoФoS has intended to bring about, His foretold Salvation is at hand!
