Trial by Drowning

There are many ways for trial, but among the most unfair is Trial by Drowning.
1) The subject (victim) is tied up with strong, rough rope and covered with a sack. 2) Then is thrown into a well, at which point 3) Is pelted by rocks 4) If the victim is guilty, the Sun God lets him/her live to undergo a special punishment. 5) If the victim was actually innonect, he/her is weighed down by the rocks and drowns.
