The Lair of Bashcro

Bashcro, one of the most famous wyrmworms, is known for his ability to communicate. He has named himself Bashcro, and has taken residence in one of the far south mountains in Smarkah. Adventurers go to him for advice, magic, and more.
He also has access to some very rare magic, including the following.
"Surplus" - Summons a pile of armor, food, tools, weapons, books, or a combination of these
"Terrormancing" -  Sends waves of terror strong enough to paralyze the weak-hearted
