The Collection of Eyes

The collection of eyes may be one of the most brutal displays of absolute cruelty and power.
They are owned by the wizard Radamos, who is rumored to have the ability to alter the identity of objects, changing them from solid to liquid to gas. That ancient form of magic, known as flascasting, has been lost in the Solemn Fire of the Predator Books, which holds many of the old arts.
The collection of eyes comes from the enemies of Radamos, which are distingerated, leaving only the eyes. Rather than hoarding them away, Radamos puts them in clear view of the public, the town of Twomouth, where he rules mercilessly. Every year, he orders a sacrifice of three people to water the eyes with their blood. Every year, the townspeople does what he orders.
