The Observatory
Purpose / Function
What was originally like an observatory got turned into a cage. It is viewable from some parts to the Labyrinth out windows. It's like a massive birdcage.
The observatory got repurposed by the Silent Ones at the end of the Turnover War to keep the Arcanist in a dream-like state. This stops him from being able to do anything as his body is in another birdcage in the Aether where he's asleep.
It also connects to the Aether in a way that you can poke your head up into those tanks in some aquariams. (So you can see into and out of it, but they're part of two different realms)
Design
Circular stairs around the outside. Walls are panes of glass connected by gothic poles. The rooms have various furniture you'd find in an observatory.
Entries
No entires or exits. Only a bunch of windows to look through.
