Culture

It's pretty relaxed in the actual guild, but outside it's considered very elite because of all the high-profile warriors and the reputation it's garnered for itself. 
To the public eye, they're basically just another freelance bounty-based guild, but a lot of members are known bounty hunters or are of elite skill. People often apply to get in but most often do not make it. Another reason people are enticed to join is because of the very low commission cut. Some guilds are notorious for steep cuts in the bounty rewards. A majority of the reward is legally required to go to the bounty hunter, but some guilds have gone north of a 50% cut which they take for themselves. Sanctum Vigilia has about 2-5% which is really low for guilds.

Public Agenda

They don't have a particular public agenda they abide by. They're just a group full of elites that just hang out half the time.

Assets

Founded by Ezvath 2 years after the Vaerian Tragedy. Ezvath was one of the witnesses who managed to escape with his life. He was still processing the discovery about the gods
