A volcanic world dominated by sweeping mountain ranges and lava flows, lush fields and glimmering cities. A world of perpetual sunset, where the smoke and fertile ash turn the sky a deep and radiant orange. This is Skyllia.   Here live the Dolmer, a race of volcanic elves, (loosely inspired by the Mer-folk from ‘The Elder Scrolls’ series), that live in isolation from the rest of the galaxy. A refined people, the Dolmer are a race of artistans by the very definition of the word. Painters, sculptors, actors and musicians are rife within Dolmer culture, and the greatest among them are known across the planet. Cities of silver and platinum and stained glass meld with the surrounding vistas and views, fueled by the planet’s ever-encompassing mineral-extraction business from the world’s lava rivers. Geothermal energy was only the first step; on Skyllia, magma is the ever-beating heart of the Skyllian economy and culture, and the ever-active volcanic activity on Skyllia’s northern region is it’s lifeblood.   All who live here pay fealty and loyalty to the Emperor of Skyllia, a god-like being who commands the Dolmer onwards into the bright future.
