Fireball Event

In late March of 1491, for reasons unknown, the Gralhunds had Urstul Floxin start following Dalakhar, a rock gnome who was a known associate of Dagult Neverember. After a few days of suspicious people hanging around his door, Dalakhar headed to the Sleeping Dragon Inn to meet with Our Heroes - who had recently rescued Renaer Neverember and therefore might be able to save him from whatever mysterious individuals were following him.
This decision proved to be fatal. The Gralhunds commandeered the nimblewright Kevin, gave Kevin a necklace of fireballs, and had Kevin kill Dalakhar - which also killed several other people on Trollskull Alley. Urstul was damaged in the fireball, but was able to get away through your neighbor Tally's shop.
As Urstul was later seen recuperating at the Gralhund's manor, and the Stone of Golorr was seen there, it is not unreasonable to assume that Urstul brought the stone to the Gralhunds.
Our Heroes concocted a plan to sneak into the Gralhunds' manor and steal the Stone back. When they reached the upper floor, Urstul was trying to take Orond Gralhund hostage in a half-baked ploy to get Yalah Gralhund to give him the Stone. With the power of suggestion, Our Heroes convinced Urstul to come with them - and then handed him over to the Doom Raiders, who were quite happy to get their hands on a Warlock of Knowledge.
Our Heroes then followed the path of the Stone to the Cassalanter mausoleum in the City of the Dead, and chased it from there to an abandoned windmill, where (with clever use of the silence spell) Our Heroes got the Stone of Golorr.
