Drumwick

Drumwick is a town about 2 days' travel south of Waterdeep. Its flag was a red dragon on a black field. The populace was a variety of races, but dragonborn, aarakocra, and genasi formed about two-thirds of the population.
In 1472, Drumwick was invaded by kobolds. The kobolds drove out the original inhabitants and renamed the city to Elbing. The flag of Elbing is a blue lizard on a white field.
Arethusa Yarjerit is negotiating with Elb to share control of the town with its original inhabitants.
The Githyanki Ramiak is currently here, looking for a "Mirza". You definitely don't know who that is <.<

In the past, the town was about two-thirds aarakocra, genasi, and dragonborn.
The current town is almost entirely kobolds.

Government

Drumwick was run by the heads of the Shipwrights', Sailors', Merchants', and Barrelmarkers' Guilds.
Elbing is run by Elb.
