Captain's Council
The Captain's Council is one of the two ruling bodies in Luskan.
The current members of the Captain's Council are:
- Naki, a shrewd elven woman who, at 117, is the youngest elf ever on the council
- Aerë, a talkative aarakocra woman, aged 22
- Lian, a 44-year-old water genasi known for their cynicism and confidence
- Justice Montague, a 53-year-old half-elf man who's friendly and forthright
- Traziver Xalbis, aged 104, a rock gnome with a reputation for being cold and intense
