To Woo Another

Let's just assume your a Raider. You would have to be a good fighter because Raider women are well known for being capable fighters. Raider culture itself is centered around strength. So to woo a woman a Raider man would have to slay a feared beast or defeat a ferocious opponent and claim their victory in honor of the woman they wich to woo. If the female accepts, she will challenge the male to a duel. And if she wins then the Raider must claim another victory in the honor of the female and duel her a second time. If he loses a second time then the cycle will continue until either he wins the duel or she is successfully wooed by another. However, if the Raider wins the first duel then he will have likely earned the respect of the female and the rest falls into place naturally.   In the East it is very similar to the wooing one might see on Earth in the Western cultures. Only difference is that women are less confusing with their hints and men don't act like brain dead apes. In the East one only need to show interest and the other will likely pick up on it. If not, grow a pair and talk to them directly. Or join the Emperor's military, women love a man in uniform. Though, I would get to wooing real fast after that enlistement 'cause likely you won't last long on the battlefield.   Dwarves go about wooing by forging gifts for one another using rare metals and precious gems. Elves are very intricate and mystical with their ways. The kitsune are similar to Raider women in that they look for a good fighter when seeking a partner. Only differences are that nobody needs to claim a victory in the honor of another, there is no dueling, and the reasoning behind why the kitsune seek warriors. Given kitsune's natural aversion to combat, they seek someone that can defend their young if a situation arises. Though many seek kindhearted individuals as a partner for the reason that they are revolted by the very idea of combat. Though, some kitsune raised by warrior races like the Raiders grow up to respect warriors, while still retaining the urge to seek someone with a softer side. To woo a kitsune, one must understand that they are not fons of violence, but they respect strength and a dedication to one's loved ones. Some may require some special act or maybe a unique gift. Others might seek just a sign of interest from the one doing the wooing. It has been observed that they do prefer Mountain Demons, known as Bergdämon in the East.
