Singapore II

Thirty years after the USA and Russo-China annihilated each other and most of the Europe between them in the WWIII, a new power quadrate has formed between United Nations of Southern Africa (UNSA), Australia, and the countries of Oceania and East Asia.   Partially still in the process of rebuilding, the world is in a state of relative peace when a massive part of Siperia disappears overnight, leaving behind only a new patch of Artic Ocean. A few years later same happens in the middle of Australia.   With patches of land turning into sea without an explanation, a frantic search for answers expands into a world-wide co-operation, Singapore II serving as the headquarters for the Global Council.
