The city is currently run by a council of elders, a group of ancients ensuring that the city survives and upholds tradition.

This city is guarded by a wall topped with guards. anyone entering and leaving must show identification, and there is no flight allowed for anything other than birds within its walls. The homes are built to also serve as strongholds in case of a battle, with a steel exoskeleton and doors.

Industry & Trade

They trade with neghbooring towns and villages, purchasing food and selling precious metals and gems. There is a night market, and nightime activities because the population mostly works at night.

They have various technology from other species and cultures. Many goods and services can be found, including its own sector of the venturing guild. It is calm and peacful, with busling activities ofter dark.

The city has four distinct districts, arranged in rings. The Main market is in the center, with the comerce district aound it, and the living district on the outside. The trading and shipping disrict takes up a quarter of the city by the shadow's whip river.

This city has a tower in the square that is the center of the market. it refracts the moonlight all over the city with mirrors and shadow magic, illuminating most of it at night.

Geography

It is in an open plain, surrounded by forest. There is a river that leads through a part of the city, flowing in from the north and out from the east.

Natural Resources

There is plentiful food via the many farms in the outskirts, many valuble resources below the surface, trees every which way, and cool fresh water from the river.
