Mount Zeenor Aldeen

Mount Zeenor Aldeen dominates it peninsula towering over the surrounding land. This prominent position has lead to it being an important ecological highway for species around it spreading, as well as an attractive subject for many local stories and traditions. Infact, the mountain is considered to be one of two powerful gods by the surrounding people, the other one being Mount Andeer which rises across the _____ bay from Mount Zeenor Aldeen.

Geography

Mount Zeenor Aldeen has a gentle western slope that get's a cool wind from offshore in the day throughout most of the year. The area gets very humid and this combined with the cold mountain air often creates a dense fog that rolls down from the mountain in the mornings. The south and eastern slopes are significantly steeper, and feed water into the ____ bay in the east creating a few very pretty waterfalls.
The mountain is itself has a few deposits of gold and other minerals that haven't been mined significantly yet, but is gathered for important events after a ceremony to ask the mountain for permission.

Fauna & Flora

The mountain is covered with sparse stands of acorn bearing trees and drought resistant brush that stores water during the rainy seasons to be used in the dry summer months. There are some large animals that travel in packs, but most animals are solitary omnivores or predators.

Natural Resources

Although the mountain does have many trees it is not a significant source of wood. Many people are scared to take stuff from the mountain accept in times of great need, and the ecosystem can't support significant logging. There are heard of ______ on the mountain, which hunters sometimes scare off of the mountain to avoid the wrath of the mountain before killing their prey.
