A young entrepreneur outside the Simulacrum

I'm a young entrepreneur, what type of business would I start, and where would I set up?
In Simulacra, the city, the most advanced and wealthy citizens are called Engineers and live inside the Simulacrum, an enormous spheric structure completely isolated and indipendentely fueled, at the core of the metropolis. They do all the coding, software design and give instructions to the scanners. They also own, collectively, the most tokens to vote on the board on how to execute judgement and make/change the laws. The second most wealthy citizens are called Users (or Advanced Users) and live just outside the Simulacrum and access it on a daly basis in order to do jobs related to the amministration or economy of Simulacra or to provide services for the Engineers. The Users also help with the education of the A.I. which in this part of the city are undistinguishable from regular citizens and can also carry IDs as registered persona on the NETWORK. As a young entrepeneur, not having a Degree in Programming or A.I. and nothing but a hard will to make it and to study and persevere, this would be the best part of the city to look for a place to start. I would open a Hostel for free personas on the NETWORK where you can also pay with external Currencies and have an anonymous access to the NETWORK as well as professional gear for brain connection, which hardly you would find in hostels. Also, you would have the option to stay for long periods of time and never exit your room, totally undisturbed. This type of service would also, in my opinion, fit the need for engineers to leave the Simulacrum and not be found for large periods of time. Everybody knows the no privacy situation of living inside the Simulacrum, where everyone is a celebrity nowadays... The Hostel would be called "INNCognito" and would fuction also as a Bar, a Tavern and a Place where to have secret meetings, due to alternate entrances and passwords which are given when reserving the place.
