Skeren - WT

Skeren are slightly taller than humans, bi-quads and covered in luxurious silvery feathers. They have long, sad faces with small beaks and large ruffs of feathers on their cheeks, knees and elbows. They have short curly tails and dextrous clawed feet-hands.
The most interesting thing about Skeren is that their brains can process large amounts of information in parallel which makes them very hard to communicate with, unless they are actively careful not to say multiple things all at once. They are notable for having spoken/gestural languages that can communicate three separate things simultaneously (one spoken, and one with each hand), as well as written languages where up to five things can be written at once. Because of this they typically use languages created by other species in day to day communication while in public but at home (assuming none of their household is made up of other species) they will use their own more complex languages.
Skeren cultures usually place a lot of value on information and recording and analysing information so a lot of them become some sort of scholar, traditionally.
